TransCanyon Rim-to-Rim Shuttle Passenger Policies

Cancellation

• Cancellations up to 15 days prior to a booked reservation date will receive a full refund, less a $10 service fee per passenger.
• Cancellations between 14 days and 48 hours prior to a booked reservation date will receive a full refund, less a $30 service fee per passenger.
• Cancellations of the reservation within 48 hours of a scheduled reservation date receive no refund.

In the event of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or credit.

Change-of-Reservation Date Policy

A passenger may change the reservation date one or two times without incurring any additional charges. However, at the third and subsequent changes, a $10 fee will be assessed per reservation date change for all the passengers included on the reservation.

RIM-TO-RIM SHUTTLE
PICK UP AND DROP OFF POINTS

TransCanyon can help you plan your rim-to-rim Grand Canyon hike! With shuttles conveniently scheduled from the south and north rim, we can help you get where you need to be. Our stops include:

South Rim 

• Bright Angel Lodge

North Rim

• Jacob Lake (outside of the park)
• Kaibab Lodge (outside of the park)
• North Kaibab Trailhead
• Grand Canyon Campground
• Visitor Center

The shuttle ride covers a distance of 220 miles and is approximately 4 ½- to 5- hours. We will make two stops along the route for your convenience. 

If you booked a reservation but will not use it, please call to cancel. This helps our drivers and prevents delays in service to other passengers.
