SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR PASSENGERS ON THE MORNING SHUTTLES INBOUND TO THE GRAND CANYON NATIONAL PARK

Passengers on the South Kaibab Trailhead morning shuttle inbound to the Grand Canyon National Park MUST present the following two items before being allowed to board the shuttle: 

• TransCanyon Shuttle boarding pass 
• Park Pass to enter the Grand Canyon National Park 

GRAND CANYON NO LONGER ALLOWS FOR DIGITAL PARK PASSES. 

To obtain your park pass prior to boarding the shuttle, please visit one of these authorized third-party vendors:

Locations in the South Rim gateway town of Tusayan and the passes they sell

• IMAX Visitor Center— $80.00 Interagency Annual Pass
• Canyon Plaza Resort—$35.00 vehicle pass
• Red Feather Lodge—$35.00 vehicle pass
• Pink Jeep Tours (Inside IMAX)—$35.00 vehicle pass
• Westwind Air (Grand Canyon Airport Main Terminal)—$80 Interagency Annual Pass and $35 vehicle pass

Trans-Canyon Trailhead Shuttle Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations up to 48 hours prior to a booked reservation date will receive a full refund, less a $10 service fee per passenger.
• Cancellations of the reservation within 48 hours of a booked reservation date receive no refund.

In the event of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or credit.

Change-of-Reservation Date Policy

A passenger may change the reservation date one or two times without incurring any additional charges. However, at the third and subsequent changes, a $10 fee will be assessed per reservation date change for all the passengers included on the reservation.
