Rim to Rim Shuttle Schedule
**Please note! Arizona is in Mountain Standard Time. During the shuttle season, Arizona aligns with the PACIFIC Time Zone. Please check your clocks/watches so that you are at the pickup locations at the right time.
Bicycle and luggage transport follow the Rim to Rim Schedules.
Two Trips Daily
May 15 to June 30
AND
August 16 to October 15
South to North Rim
Departs Bright Angel Lodge 8:00 AM and 1:30 PM
North to South Rim
Departs North Rim Lodge 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM
(With additional stops/pick-up points North Rim Campground, North Kaibab Trailhead, Kaibab Lodge)
**Please be at the pick up point 30 min. prior to departure.
OFF-Season Schedule (One trip daily):
July 1 – August 15
AND
October 16th – November 30th
South to North Rim
Departs Bright Angel Lodge 8:00 AM
North to South Rim
Departs North Rim Lodge 2:00 PM
(With additional stops/pick-up points North Rim Campground, North Kaibab Trailhead, Kaibab Lodge)

- Up to 2 weeks, Full refund, less $10 per person service charge.
- Two weeks to 48 hours, full refund, less $30 per person service charge.
- Less than 48 hours, no refund.
Last Minute Reservations
Any reservation made within 48-hour of departure must be booked by calling (928) 638-2820.
